Shipping Policy

We strive to ship within 24-48 hours of your order; however, it may take up to five (5) business days for your order to ship. 

custom orders may take 14 days to complete depending on order size. we provide estimated completion date at time of order.

Items that are not currently in stock or pre-order items may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. These items are noted in product details. 

We ship USPS Priority, USPS First Class, UPS and FedEx.

 

However, we do reserve the right to ship via another carrier. 

orders over $250 in value are shipped with signature confirmation. no exception. 

All orders receive a tracking number and is provided via email once products are shipped.

Pick Up Service

Orders may be picked up at our Houston and Alabama locations. Orders are typically available within 2 hours of ordering. 
You will receive an email when an order is ready for pick up. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We value our customers and do our best to get it right the first time.

 

If there is an error with your order on our behalf, contact us within 14 days of purchase to be fixed. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the rare occasion of a return, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fee. 

If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us immediately.

Class/Event Cancellation

Classes can be cancelled within 48 hours of class date. Attendee must reschedule online or contact us directly.

For cancellation less than 48 hours of class date, attendee may reschedule/transfer to another date within 30 days of their original class date. The class fee will not be refunded if attendee does not reschedule within the designated timeframe.

Event tickets are nonrefundable. Event tickets may be transferred to another person. If an attendee is unable to attend an event, attendee may contact BamaTexas via email or by phone to reschedule to another date within 30 days of the original event date. The event fee will not be refunded if attendee does not reschedule within the designated timeframe.
